Velvet CCE

Cara Mia had a beautiful filly by Ferdeaux again in 2025. We called her 'Velvet CCE' and she is a sister to Ultima CCE, and half sister to Time to Shine CCE. Like her dam and siblings, Velvet is an incredibly sweet filly.

Velvet's dam Cara Mia is a tall, Gelders mare by Facet out of Pualei by Junior STV. She comes directly from the approved FEI Grand Prix Gelders stallion IJsselmeer's dam line, as Pualei was the daughter of Gisela, his full sister. Gisela has produced multiple upper level dressage horses, of which 2 that performed very successfully at FEI Grand Prix up to a high age. Ferdeaux is a well known KWPN stallion by Bordeaux preferent x Ferro preferent. Velvet is a stunning filly with a lot of appearance and a beautiful, elegant model. Especially her neck and face stand out, with a beautiful eye. Her movement shows a lot of suspension, suppleness and expression over the legs. At her KWPN-NA inspection in 2025 she received a First Premium with 76 points and became the Champion Gelders filly of North America.

Velvet grows up in a youngster herd, living 24/7 outside. She is handled frequently and knows the halter, farrier and grooming. Are you interested in Velvet?
