Competition horses

'Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.'

- Norman Vincent Peale

Josh grew up riding Western with Quarter horses but has been riding English dressage since 2019. Coached by Dutch trainer Sabina Rijssenbeek, he competed several horses over the years. He started with Gusto (by Idocus) and Indea KS (by Charmeur). He then obtained Espresso (by Santano): with him he competed at the Nationals and won many prices. Eventually, they advanced to FEI Intermediate II and Josh won his Silver medal.

In the fall of 2023, the Dutch Warmblood Grand Prix horse Goldenboy Vinkcenburgh (by Apache) was imported by Coalcyn Equestrian from The Netherlands. Josh then brought him, Espresso and young prospect Nani to train and compete in Wellington, Florida. Under the guidance of Lars Petersen, Josh competed Goldenboy at FEI Grand Prix for the first time. He even made the U25 Team they won an Individual Silver Medal in the Freestyle! A fantastic experience for Josh and his horses. â€‹
