Cara Mia is a daughter of Pualei. She is one of our sweetest mares. She is tall, super powerful in her movement, has a lot of self- carriage and is always moving uphill with a really good use of the hind leg. All her foals show these same traits. Cara Mia was bred by Deborah Harrison and comes directly from the motherline of the KWPN approved Grand Prix stallion IJsselmeer. Her grandmother was his full sister and has produced multiple Grand Prix horses herself. In 2023, Cara Mia had a beautiful filly by Cum Laude: Time to Shine. In 2024, she had another pretty filly by Ferdeaux: Ultima CCE. In 2025, Cara Mia had a filly again by Ferdeaux, Velvet Touch CCE.
